Astragalus Membranaceus
Astralagus roots are considered among the most vital of Chinese herbs for energy and strengthening Qi. The roots of this plant have been used for their adaptogenic properties in ancient Chinese medicine for thousands of years.

Curcuma Zedoaria
Curcuma zedoaria, also known as white turmeric and is originally native to Indonesia. The root of this plant has many health-supporting benefits, including antimicrobial properties, anti-inflammatory properties and a wealth of antioxidants.

Cyperus Rotundus
Nutgrass is a perennial plant that is known very well around the world as an invasive weed. Although nutgrass may not have the best reputation, it has been used in ancient Chinese medicine as one of the main botanicals to maintain optimal Qi levels. Nutgrass also has nutritional value and may offer benefits such as digestion support and muscle relaxation.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily after a meal or as directed by a health care professional

    Update to myomin

    I have now compared the expensive Myomin from Dr Chi and did blood tests for over 6months. The results were the same if not slightly worse than on this brand. So I recommend anyone to save yourself the money and go for this one. You will get consistent results(for men at least)

    Used it for Aromatase

    Was told to try Myomin by a physician, said it would get my hormones in check as I was estrogen dominant and had high prolactin levels due to that. I did blood tests before and after every 3 months. Within 6 months estrogen went down, prolactin massively went down but my testosterone didn’t go up. Been taking it for 2 years and testosterone still on the low low end of normal (for men). It fixed my prolactin and estrogen issue to.

    Can only give 4 stars as have not tried the original chinese formula to compare, however, this was recommended in combination with DIM Plus and within 2 weeks all raging symptoms settled, no more hot flushes was the best benefit. Took higher dose initially as recommended and now just take two dly as maintenance.
